Offer Board Rules

This board is specifically for members offering a % of their earnings to other members for joining their downline.
This can be a great way for new members to make some additional earnings but it is also an extra risk (new) members choose to take.

PtcTalking staff will check general forum rules and board specific rules are followed but we have no way to track every user and/or offer. if you have a complaint about the offer board post in the reports board here. Proven cheaters will be dealt with.

You use this board at your own risk so before joining any of the offers do some research into the person making the offer, negative karma? any complaints? any payout proof?

This is definitely NOT a referal exchange.

Board specific rules:
- you must be an active (5+ posts) forum member for at least 7 days to post your offers
- if you posted an offer and your inactive or away make a post, let other know whats going on
- one thread per topic starter
- max 10 offers per thread
- stay in your own thread, do not spam!
- only the topic starter can post his ref links
- Bump max once every 24 hours
- do not chit chat in the threads, stay on topic

We do not want to promote scam, therefore the following sites will NOT be allowed on the offer board
- any site in the TalkPTC scam list
- any site using free hosting
- any site owned by a known scammer
- any non-english site

links to any of these sites will be deleted

some members may choose to arrange offer deals via pm. Do so at your own risk, if you are reported spamming you will be banned.

For those accepting offers via pm please consider there is probably a very good reason for the exchange not being offered in public.

As the offer board is new these rules are subject to change at any time
